Hi, non-technical admin here. I manage our users and I need an easy way to pull a report of ALL of our users whether they’ve successfully logged in or not. I would love to dump all the data from the user profile into a CSV or similar so that I may run pivots on a number of fields. How can I do this without learning how to write a query that will actually work? I have spent too long struggling with this.

I recommend using the User Import / Export Extension to perform an export on all of your users. With using this extension, you can export it in CSV.
