Issue with Invitation Links: BadRequestError and "Invalid Link" message - Organization: team-abrujbq

Hi Auth0 Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with an invitation to join an organization in Auth0.

The problem:
Every time I receive the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button, I am redirected to a page showing a “BadRequestError”. Occasionally, it also shows a message stating that the link is invalid or has already been used.

Troubleshooting already performed:

Incognito Mode: I have tried opening the link in a private/incognito window to rule out browser cache issues, but the error remains.

Immediate Action: I clicked the link within seconds of receiving the email, yet it still fails.

Resending: We have tried resending the invitation multiple times, but every new link results in the same “BadRequestError”.

Could you please investigate the logs for my email address (dmytro.tiurin@smart-vita.de) and this organization to identify the root cause?

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

The reason why you are experiencing this error is because the account in question is already a member of that team, so therefore all invitation attempts will fail.

You can try to login and access your tenant, check from your side as well and see that you are already listed in the team, or a Team Owner can also also access the tenant’s member’s page to double check.
