Is it expected behavior for the post-registration web hook to not call for passwordless?

We recently switched from traditional accounts to passwordless, and I noticed our post registration web hook no longer gets called.

Edit: Looks like it’s expected behavior: Post Registration Hook not firing for social connection user.
