When a user is directed through their IdP after login and is redirected, the user is not properly passed to our web app and receives this error.
What are the most common errors associated here and how should I begin debugging? The only thing I can think of here is that my connection name is “Rivan” instead of “RIVIAN” are the connection names case sensitive?

I am doing some combing through our backlog and wanted to respond to this for future reference - Yes, connection names are indeed case sensitive. Hopefully you were able to get this sorted on your end.
