Importing Users (according to the confirmation email) says all users failed to import but does not tell me why. Any ideas? I exported the users from another tenant so the file format should be correct. Just simply moving users from one tenant to another.
To my knowledge error details are not sent with the email and should be queried through the following endpoint: https://auth0.com/docs/api/management/v2#!/Jobs/get_errors
If you did try to obtain error information through the above endpoint then update the question with what was the response.
