This old unresolved topic says it all http://community.auth0.com/t/how-to-use-the-impersonation-api/9296. Every request I make I get unauthorised. The documentation is outdated. How does this API work exactly?

Impersonation has been deprecated. We recommend using other approaches to achieve the same end (such as a companion app). Impersonation is too difficult to do securely.

Thanks John. After some more research I did find it had been depreciated. You should have your dev team deprecate the API from the .NET Authenticate SDK.
