Hello,

In Auth0, the users from different connections are considered separate users even if the email address matches.

You can link user accounts based on the email address (or other conditions).

Alternatively, if you don’t want a user to be linked or have multiple accounts with the same email, you can create an Action that will deny access. I posted something similar recently; please have a look at this post.
