When I log in, it pops up: check your preferred one-time password application for a code. but I’ve never encountered this before and I don’t know where to find it. Can’t log in to my dashboard, very anxious!

I can see that you have already sent us a DM to the @support group regarding this matter. Could you please reply to any of the DMs that you have sent with the tenant name and email address associated with it in order to proceed further with your request?
