How to Reset an Account After "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts"

I have been blocked out of my Auth0 account after entering the wrong password.
How do I (or a colleague), unblock this account.
Can I follow the procedure at Blocked accounts and MFA resets. I am unsure how to send a private message.

Yes, please follow the steps in that article. And to send a private message, please go to your Auth0 Community profile → activity → Messages → New Message → select “Support Auth0 Support” in the Add users and groups.

Please click on your profile photo on the top right corner of the community site, click on “Preference” which is the person, then you can see the activity → Messages …
