I just bought a new android phone and data transferred my old phone over to my new phone and then factory reset my old phone. Now the app asks for a passphase that I never set up and there are no other methods available on that page when I open the app. What should I do? Thank you.

Are you trying to log in to the Auth0 dashboard (as a tenant member) or to an app that is integrated with Auth0 to perform log-in?
