Overview
This article clarifies whether it is possible to allow a user to select a value from data returned by an API call in a flow of the form when using Forms, respectively, if there is a way to add dynamic values fetched from an API to the dropdown options.

Cause
Currently, Forms cannot populate a dropdown with dynamic contents.
Solution
The GA release of Forms is due to contain a custom component, which will allow for a dynamic population of content and greater flexibility in UI design.
