Overview
The values from dropdown options, choices, or cards are unavailable for translation in the Translations panel. So far, the only option available for translation is for labels, messages, and errors.

This feature is in Early Access and this functionality will improve over time.
Solution
Translating dropdown options and other elements is possible with custom messages:
