We have updated the Auth0 Community’s gamification program, which now has more badges and allows community members to earn points and rank on a leaderboard. We will continuously monitor both all-time and monthly participation, rewarding community members with points and badges for their contributions. Each month, we will celebrate top performers through our Community Member Spotlight series.

Scoring System

How does the scoring system work?
Points (cheers) are awarded for performing certain actions in the Community. They accumulate over time and determine your rank on the leaderboard.

You can earn points by:- Creating new topics
- Giving and receiving likes
- Having your reply marked as a solution
- Inviting others into the Community
- The time you spent reading posts
- Flagging topics
- Days visited

How is my rank determined?
Your rank is determined by your total accumulated points during a certain time window (All-time, monthly, etc). The more points you earn, the higher your rank will be on the leaderboard. Ranks are updated in real time to reflect the latest scores. -
Can I lose points?
Points are not typically deducted unless there is a violation of community guidelines, such as spamming or inappropriate conduct. -

The scoring system is reviewed monthly for fairness and accuracy. -
