How to assign permission to client via Management API

I wonder if it is possible to anyhow grant Permission to a client in machine-to-machine flow with Management API as I was not able to find it in reference docs.

To be clear, I mean the fourth step in this guide Register Machine-to-Machine Applications

Thank you for posting your question! According to the docs you linked, you are not assigning permissions to the client but to the API.

You can read how to do this via Management API here.
