Is it possible to add an API and Permissions to a M3M application through the Management API?

We have successful created a client through the API. Now we are trying to add an API and give it a default set of permissions through the management API.

Is this possible - can not find the documentation anywhere

Take a look a look here at the Resource Server Endpoints to create and add permissions.
