How do you regain access to an account with MFA enabled?

Hello! I’m doing this from my work email because I can’t sign into the organization account to submit a case:

This looks like a public form so I’ll keep sensitive information private until contacted by Auth0 support.

We have a main Organization account that some how got MFA enabled on it and now no one can log into to manage users

Any help would be appreciated!
