Hello! I’ve had an auth0 application attached to a Heroku webapp for quite a few years now (lingering-rain-3838). I finally made the switch to hosting the webapp on my own local mini PC and can use the same auth0 application the same way, but I’d like to detach it from Heroku completely.
In Tenant Settings, under Subscription, it says: “Your Auth0 subscription is managed by an external provider. In order to avoid double charges, remember to switch to a free plan from your provider before purchasing any new plan here.”
Lily Wisecarver, a Senior Product Advocate, instructed me to go to https://manage.auth0.com and click Forgot password with the email originally used on Heroku. I don’t receive a reset email though. Lily mentioned that if the tenant doesn’t surface, to ask to detach the tenant from the Heroku add-on, and that once detached, it behaves as a normal standalone Auth0 tenant.
Could you please help with this?
