I am trying to integrate google tag manager with our Auth0 custom universal login page. We have our GTM tag set up correctly for our site <site>.com, and for our product: <product>.<site>.com. I have added the GTM snippets to our auth0 login page (as with the others), but it does not seem to fire.
I have configured GTM to use Auto Link domains with .com and auth0.com and set allowLinker to true. Finally I have updated our referral exclusion list to include auth0.com. All as per this article:

At this point, I am wondering whether GTM works with auth0. I have seen analytics plugins listed here: https://auth0.com/docs/analytics and note that GTM is not included. I also noted that for google analytics you say “You can use this integration on your own page that is using Lock.”
Any help with this will be much appreciated.
