Getting a strange error from Auth0 /oauth/token API

Hi

I am getting this strange response from the /oauth/token API. What could be a possible reason for this error?

{"error":"access_denied","error_description":"Timeout awaiting 'secureConnect' for 800ms"}
Status: 500

I’ve received at least 15-20 of these in the past few weeks.
