Description: It seems standard nowadays to send security notification emails to users after certain events have taken place, such as a password change. Okta seems to have covered all of the use cases here - https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/security/security_general.htm.
Use-case: We would like to notify users of any password changes so that in the event they did not initiate the change they can become aware that an unauthorized person has accessed their account.
