Overview
There are many logs in the tenant with the type “fcpr” and with the description:
Ticket required for verification.
The log has no connection_id or user_id associated with it. This article explains what this log means.
Cause
This error is caused by malformed password change ticket URLs.
Solution
A password change ticket is a generated URL that the user can use to start a reset password flow. For more information, refer to the Create a password change ticket documentation.
Check the ticket URL to ensure that the ticket number and parameters are properly configured.
