We have an React application using the auth0-react library. We have a one user that cannot login using their Google Account credentials on Chrome. The user is able to login successfully using Edge. And we have other users that are able to login successfully with their Google Account and on Chrome. I compared the user’s HAR with my HAR (works properly on Chrome with a Google Account) and did not find any differences.
Clearing stored cookies and cache did not resolve the issue.
Any ideas?

Usually, such a problem would be on the user’s side. I understand that you have compared the HAR file of the user with one of your successful login and there does not appear to be any differences which would point to the same conclusion. I would recommend to have the user attempt to log in using different networks/devices/browsers regarding the matter. If you could send me a DM with the tenant name on which this happens so I can take a look as well, that would be great.
Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of HAR files, I would not be able to handle them directly and you would need to open a support ticket, however, you would be required to have a paid plan in order to submit a ticket.
