Hi,
we are trying to use the import/export tool for exporting our passwordless users. It works in all of our tenants except for our production tenant. Our production tenant is very old.
This is our only option because we have more than 1000 users and therefore cannot page through all of our users through management APIs.

Based on the error message that you mentioned, I would suggest that you try and re-install the User Import / Export extension in your Auth0 tenant and check if the issue still comes up after that. This issue was previously mentioned in the following topic as well User Import / Export Extension Not Working , with the suggested solution working in that case.
