I get the error

"Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource" when doing anything in the portal.

Have tried different browsers, logging in and logging out etc.

@support see above! Still getting Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource, this is logging in with a Microsoft account, issue still persists after several weeks, logging in and out, different browsers, nothing has worked.
