Error "MFA customized via PostLogin action but feature is not enabled" when Using a Post-Login Action

Overview

When using a post-login action to trigger MFA, the following error is shown:

MFA customized via PostLogin action but feature is not enabled.

Cause

The toggle Customize MFA factors using actions must be enabled.

Solution

Steps:

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Security >Multi-factor Auth;
2. Look for the Additional Settings;
3. Toggle on Customize MFA Factors using Actions.
