How to enable Auth0 Teams for tenant admin management?
Solution
For Enterprise subscriptions, reach out to the Technical Account Manager or Sales Executive to gain access to Auth0 Teams if not already enabled.
The Technical Account Management team can also be reached at tam@auth0.com.
For all other subscription types (Self Service), if the user joined Auth0 prior to November 1, 2023, the plan must be upgraded to the latest version in the tenant’s subscription settings to have Teams automatically enabled.
There is no downtime during this process and the setup will take 1 to 2 business days for public cloud customers.
