How to enable Auth0 Teams for tenant admin management?
Solution
For Enterprise subscriptions, please contact your account executive or customer success manager or open a support ticket to gain access to Auth0 Teams if not already enabled.
For all other subscription types (Self Service), if the user joined Auth0 prior to November 1, 2023, the plan must be upgraded to the latest version in the tenant’s subscription settings to have Teams automatically enabled.
There is no downtime during this process, and the setup will take 1 to 2 business days for public cloud customers.
