Emails not being sent (custom SMTP provider - MailJet)

Hello everyone. I come from issue: Emails not being sent (including with custom SMTP provider)

I have exactly that problem. We use passwordless auth through email and SMTP test email works correctly. We have configured in “from” fields at Custom SMTP Provider the email that we have defined in MailJet, but it does not send emails with verification code. What could be the reason for this?
