Problem statement
Even though the email provider has been configured and the test button on this page works, the TRY button on the email templates isn’t working. What could be the issue?
Solution
Please ensure the following conditions are met.

The email template is enabled.

Some email providers may not allow sending with any email. Try setting the same email address used in the Email provider section.
- Test with an existing user in the tenant on the selected connection.
