Does `switch to new experience` on the application page activate it globally or not?

We would like to try the new universal login experience for one of our apps.
Does the button switch to new experience on the application > organization page activate it globally or just for the current app ?

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the option you’re seeing? As far as I’m aware the Universal Login experience is a global option that can be toggled via Branding → Universal Login → Advanced
