Is LDAP available on the Auth0 Free Tier, or is this feature only available on paid plans?

Unfortunately, the Free Tier does not support LDAP, as Enterprise Connections (which include AD/LDAP) require an Enterprise subscription plan.
You can find this info in the Authentication section of the Pricing page by hovering on the info icon of the Enterprise Connections feature.
