Destroyed phone now can't log into Auth0

Hi, my mobile phone was destroyed. As a result I cannot log into the Auth0 system used by our organisation. Can I get help?

I can’t create a ticket either because I’m unable to log into Auth0. One of the options to log in is to enter a recovery code. It advises I received a code at my initial enrollment. I’ve had a look at emails received from Auth0 when setting up my Auth0 account but can’t find any recovery codes.

Is there anyone at Auth0 I can talk to about this? Currently I have an account with a password but MFA does not work. I can’t progress as I do not have my account’s recovery code.

Just to add, I have a new phone with the MS authenticate app installed. The Auth0 account cannot be created. I’ve been able to get all other MFA accounts going with the new phone but the Auth0 unfortunately requires either MFA to be working or a recovery code.
