Problem statement
When using the Deploy CLI, previously it was possible to deploy an Action in built state immediately. Now the following error occurs:
"Bad Request: A draft must be in the 'built' state before it can be deployed."
Why does this error occur?
Cause
In this instance, the Deploy CLI was running on an older version, which had the necessary fix for this error.
Solution
Confirm Deploy CLI is running the latest version and update if necessary. In this instance the issue was fixed in this release of the Deploy CLI.
