Deleted and reinstalled modules, now I cant create new user via popup

Hello! I had some issues yesterday and tried to delte my modules folder, then npm install again, but now i cant create new user via the auth0 popup window, when i do i recieve this message:

and i cant log out or anything UNTIL i remove the user from the auth0 dashboard, anyone have any ides how to fix this?

EDIT: It is possible to log in with accounts that already been registered before this

Unfortunately we won’t be able to help here as the repo you mentioned isn’t maintained by Auth0. Maybe someone from the community will be able to help though!
