Problem statement
You want to delete root@auth0.com Admin User from their tenants
Solution
The root user must be created at the RTA (config Tenant). Using root is the only way to add new admins today.
If the root user created the customer-managed tenants, you can remove the root user with another admin user once they access the tenant.
