Problem Statement
We would like to delete or decommission our startup plan, however, we are unable to do so. Could you please assist?
Symptoms
- Is a Startup customer
- Unable to delete by themselves since not a Self-Service customer
- Do not have a Technical Account Manager (TAM)
- You see that you have an Enterprise Agreement when going to the “subscription” tab to downgrade your plan

Solution
The recommended solution is to follow the steps below:
- Reach out to startups@auth0.com regarding your situation
- After the team decommission your plan, (if applicable) Follow the instructions to delete your tenants: Delete or Reset Tenants
