Delete or decommission a Startup plan

Problem Statement

We would like to delete or decommission our startup plan, however, we are unable to do so. Could you please assist?

Symptoms

  • Is a Startup customer
  • Unable to delete by themselves since not a Self-Service customer
  • Do not have a Technical Account Manager (TAM)
  • You see that you have an Enterprise Agreement when going to the “subscription” tab to downgrade your plan

Solution

The recommended solution is to follow the steps below:

  1. Reach out to startups@auth0.com regarding your situation
  2. After the team decommission your plan, (if applicable) Follow the instructions to delete your tenants: Delete or Reset Tenants
