Hello,

I would like to permanently delete my Auth0 account and all personal data associated with it.

I am currently unable to complete this process through the Dashboard:

  • I cannot set or change my password because password reset emails never arrive.

  • I can only sign in through Google.

  • The Dashboard does not provide an option to delete my Auth0 account.

  • The available deletion options appear to concern a tenant or a page template, rather than my actual account.

  • I also appear to need an active tenant/template to post on the community forum, which makes the deletion process difficult to complete.

Could you please tell me how to permanently delete my Auth0 account and its associated personal data, including my email address and any account information?

If necessary, I authorize you to proceed with the account deletion after verifying my identity.

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

I understand that you are looking to delete your Auth0 account and all associated data.

Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to our @support group, forwarding all the information provided and confirming the email address of your Auth0 account. In addition, we will also require the following with regards to the tenant/s that your Auth0 user is an Admin of:

  • If you are the sole admin of the tenant, delete the tenant first (so that it’s not abandoned);
  • If you are not the sole admin, have another admin remove you.

You can click on " support" mentioned above and should have the option of sending a message to the group. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting. After everything is confirmed, we will be able to submit a Support case on your behalf and forward the Auth0 account deletion request to our Support team.
