Hi @hincapiehurtado ,

In order to complete your account deletion request please follow these steps:

  • If you are the sole admin of the tenant, delete the tenant first (so that it’s not orphaned).

  • If you are not the sole admin, have another admin remove you.

After you complete these actions, please let me know. I will pass your information along to our support team who will fulfill the request.
