I have a Tenant that has two applications in it. I’ve uploaded a custom email template for reseting the password. The thing is that only 1 application of the 2 when uses the custom email template.
Is that expected? I thought the email temlpates are same for all the applicaions within a Tenant.

Thank you for posting your question. As per this Knowledge Solution, you can’t have a distinct email template per application within a tenant. The only option is if your email template is customized with liquid syntax to match the application or organization name. Can you share more details regarding the email the user receives and what the template looks like for both applications?

Thanks a lot for the reply Dawid. Apologies as It seems i wan’t clear. I want the same email template to be used for both of the applications. However it seems to be used only by 1.
