Connecting Vanilla Forums with Auth0 as OAuth2 provider

I am connecting Vanilla Forums with Auth0 using their OAuth2 plugin, and I am drawing a blank on a few fields I need to fill in (marked in red):

Right now, when I want to sign in I get the regular Auth0 Sign In window but I don’t have a register option. I am assuming that I need to fill in the Authorize URL and Sign Out URL with something from Auth0 for my tenant but I can’t seem to find what I need.

Any help would be appreciated.
