Auth0 by Okta Community Ask Me Anything with Getting Self-Help: Recap
We just had our first Interactive Q&A Session in our community. It was hosted in an Ask Me Anything formula so that community members and Oktanauts can ask their questions and learn from our subject matter experts how our community utilizes Auth0 Community as well as how to make the most of our self-services resources that are available within our community platform.
Firstly, we just wanted to say thank you! We really appreciate all the questions you asked and for everyone that participated we wanted to reward you with a special badge, so visit your profiles and check them out!
Here are the main highlights from the session:
-
Relaying Feedback: How to effectively relay feedback using our Community Forum? We have a dedicated Feedback Category for sharing product related feedback, that is regularly evaluated by our product managers for potential product enhancements and product backlog modification.
-
Contribution Programs to recognize active members: We already have one in place which is called Community Member Spotlight. The other one we’re working on will be rewarding top contributors for their solutions, responses and likes with Auth0 branded swag and badging.
-
Product Announcements, Company News, Deprecations, etc: The best way to learn about those is to go to our Announcements Category or check Global Notice Cards Header (four tiles with information) at the top of the community website.
-
FAQs and Knowledge Articles: We are constantly analyzing patterns from the questions our community asks so we can create more helpful resources for self-help. You can find all those written in a very digestible format inside our FAQ Category.
