Changing notification thresholds for machine-to-machine tokens

Most months, by their end, like today, October 31st, we receive that help/marking message and email: “You have crossed the 80% threshold of your plan for Machine to Machine Auth for this month.”

The 80% threshold, in my opinion, is too low and we’d like to change it to 90% to reduce the noise we receive from Auth0. Is there a way to change this threshold? If you think about it, that means there are 200 tokens left with a day (or a few) left in the billing month. It’s fine.

By design, you will receive alerts when reaching 80%, 90% and 100% of your monthly M2M quota.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to change the alerts to only notify based on a certain usage of your M2M quota. However, if you would like to see this as a feature in the product, please create a feature request asking to support this in our Feedback.
