I would like to know if it is at all possible with the current Passwordless SMS connection to change the message body without using CoPilot? According to this https://auth0.com/docs/multifactor-authentication/administrator/sms-templates is was possible to add a template on some stage. We are unable to edit the message body at all setting up the sms connection.

The reference point you sent is correct. Are you not able to customise the content of the messages using Enrollment template and Verification template fields? Or you can’t access this website that is referenced in this document at all?
