Change password ticket case sensitivity issue

When creating a user in upper case the auth0 user is created with a lowercase email. There have been many discussions on this topic by the looks of it but when going to raise a change password ticket with the uppercase email via the API a 404 is returned. If emails are going to be lowercased the experience should be consistent with the APIs

We are still experiencing the issue 2 years after this ticket was created.

I’m also facing this issue. It’s easy enough to solve on our side, though I feel that emails should be handled consistently across all management APIs.
