Cannot see dashboard even though got admin rights

As title mentions i cannot login to manage auth0 com with admin rights, I kinda get into a log in loop.

Pls help.

Hi @alexander.jelaca

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

I do suggest that you attempt to access to /logout endpoint of the tenant and then try to log in once again. You can do this by going to https://[tenant-name].[locality].auth0.com/logout → as an example, if the tenant would be in the US zone and named test, the URL would translate to https://test.us.auth0.com/logout

In addition, this could be a caching issue and I suggest clearing the cache data just in case it might be affecting the authentication process. Leaving instructions as they might be useful:

Looking at our Status page, there does not seem to currently be any service disruption or outage, so hopefully this is not a wide-spread occurrence.

Let me know if this helped you regain access!

Have a great one!

Hi thanks for the answer the logout worked atleast i got an OK response.
cannot embedde media…

If i try to login
cannot embedde media…

next page is to add the credentials:
cannot embedde media…

after that

it returns to the initial login page, like a endless loop.
cannot embedde media…

We aswell tried different pc’s where they normally can log in to their account but with my account not.

Is it possible to create a ticket that some can take better look at it?

Hi @alexander.jelaca

Thank you for the information!

I would advise in this case to have another of the tenant Admins check the MFA/authentication policies in case there’s a situation where you might be required to provide some information ( like an MFA prompt), but your account is not enrolled, nor prompted for enrollment. If everything seems well, another Admin could also delete your account and then re-invite you and see if this helped with the issue.

If all else fails, please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support with the email address and also the name of the tenant to which you do not have access. We will pick up the conversation from there and continue assisting.

Have a great one!
Gerald
