Hi Auth0 Community,
I am stuck in a login loop while trying to access my Auth0 tenant dashboard. Every time I enter my valid credentials, the page authenticates but immediately redirects me back to the login page instead of loading the dashboard.
Here are the details of my setup and what I have tried so far:
Account & Tenant Details:
- Subscription Plan: Company plan, tachyus
- Authentication Method: Google SSO, email and pasword
- Tenant Type: organization/team
Troubleshooting Steps Completed:
- Checked via
https://manage.auth0.com directly instead of a bookmark.
- Tried accessing the dashboard using an Incognito/Private window (still loops).
- Cleared browser cookies and cache completely.
- Verified my computer’s system time is set to update automatically (to prevent JWT token expiration issues).
- Temporarily disabled my VPN/Firewall to check for IP shifting mid-session.
Could a community moderator or Auth0 staff member check my account?

I understand that you are encountering a login loop issue that redirects you back to the Auth0 login page after successfully entering your credentials.
This situation is usually encountered when trying to access a Tenant managed in the context of a Team. If you accepted the invitation to a tenant, but you were not invited to the appending Team first, a login loop might occur, as presented in this Knowledge Base Article - Tenant Member Redirect Looping in Auth0 Dashboard Login Page or this one - Newly Invited Users to Teams Unable to Login to Auth0 Management Portal.
Please try asking the Team Owner to follow the steps mentioned in the article and let us know the outcome as well.
However, if the login loop still occurs, please send us a DM to @support group including a short explanation of the situation, the exact tenant name that you are trying to access and if possible the Team’s name and slug as well.
