Cannot add redirect url

Hey. I am trying to add another allowed redirect url. I used to do this with no problem for my application. Now I see an error popup:

After searching, I found that I need to select one of the options listed here: Disable Refresh Token Rotation

But I cannot find these settings in the setting page. It is what i see

How can I resolve this problem?

This looks like a bug.

Can you try creating another application and let me know if you still experience this? Also, please DM me your tenant name, I would like to investigate further.
