Cannot access Auth0 Add-on from Heroku

I’m currently attempting to access my Auth0 Add-On from Heroku but when clicking on the Auth0 add-on button, it attempts to login but fails and I receive the following message:

Oops! Looks like something went wrong!

Anyone else experiencing the same issue when trying to access the Auth0 Add-on from Heroku?
I’ve tried across multiple Heroku apps and they all return the same error message as above.
