Can we link universal login page to application login page directly and how?

To do so, you will need to navigate to your Auth0 Dashboard > Connections > YOUR_CONNECTION settings and scroll to the bottom and toggle on the Disable Sign Ups button. I’m not sure I understand your requirement of adding a link that points to the application page.
