Can not get user information about user roles in DEV account

Hi, Auth0 community,
We are using Auth0 API for user management in our app, we’re also using users metadata to manage roles, we have a “Developer Pro” subscription in PROD and an “ESSENTIALS” subscription in DEV. We are set the same user metadata for both accounts, but for some reason, we can’t get information about the user using the DEV account, I am not sure does it problem with the subscription or with account settings, does someone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

I wouldn’t suspect this issue to be related to the subscription. Both of those plans include role management and custom user attributes.

Would you please DM me the names of the tenants so I can look at your config?
