Can I use "Database Action Scripts" at plan of B2C - ESSENTIALS?

I want to use “Database Action Scripts”. But, I got notify on my console like this attached image.
We plan to replace authentication system to Auth0.
It’s requirement to call legacy authentication api when user log-in. So we need to “Database Action Scripts”.
Is plan of “B2C - ESSENTIALS” sufficient to use “Database Action Scripts” ? Or, Do we need to buy plan fo “B2C - PROFESSIONAL”?

I checked the Auth0 pricing page and believe that you need to buy the B2C - PROFESSIONAL plan as it supports the external database feature, but the B2C - ESSENTIAL does not cover this feature.
